In normal display, press B (lower left) twice to enter alarm mode, you can press D (lower right) to select hour and minute, press C (upper right) to adjust time and finally press B to exit.

In alarm mode, press the C button (upper right corner) to turn off the on/off switch and the hourly chime in turn.
